Since my son perished in Tallinn biggest hospital in October 2009 where I met some most cruel and unprofessional people, I am not going to amend my blog in Finnish. If you ever have a choice, avoid Estonian hospitals where many medical personnel still treat patients like a trash. Be aware that when doctors and nurses make fatal errors in Estonia they are used to believe they are not responsible for anything because since the Soviet era what happens behind the doors to hospitals has been above legislation. According to 2 major studies released by Estonian Justice Ministry in September 2009 and June 2010 doctors in Estonia are also the most corrupted professionals in that country, with ten percent of patients saying they have been requested a bribe by their doctors during last 12 months. Regardless of that - none of corrupted doctors has ever been punished in Estonia.
